Santa University® Pre-Order Policy

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving merchandise that is currently in production or will soon be available. Your item is allocated specifically for your order, and payment is collected at checkout to secure your reservation.

Because reserved quantities and sizes are submitted based on pre-orders, all pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled, changed or refunded. Please confirm your selected item, size and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Estimated shipping dates are provided on each product page and may change due to production or carrier delays. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us in accordance with our Return Policy.
